General Mills Diversity and Inclusivity vice president Ken Charles wrote on The Taste of General Mills blog that General Mills supports marriage equality. He wrote that blog post he testified in front of the United States Senate about the Employment Nondiscrimination Act, and after he met with 400 LGBTI activists. General Mills employment policy includes sexual orientation protections, and offers domestic partnership benefits, just as Starbucks and JCPenney do.
